Specialist Pain Identification Assessment
Designed for new clients experiencing persistent or complex pain who would benefit from a detailed assessment to better understand how their pain impacts everyday life.
Available Service
Specialist Pain Identification Assessment – £750
Designed for new clients, this comprehensive assessment is completed by a qualified Learning Disability Nurse with over 10 years’ experience supporting neurodivergent individuals. It explores how your pain affects your daily life and helps identify practical strategies and recommendations tailored to your individual needs.
TAPP Quality of Life Assessments
The TAPP (The Assessment of Pain Profile) pathway is designed to support people living with chronic illness, long-term health conditions and persistent pain. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, it looks at the wider impact your condition has on your daily life and helps you develop personalised strategies to improve your quality of life.

TAPP Quality of Life Assessment – Stage 1 – £600
The starting point of the TAPP pathway. One of our experienced consultants will complete a personalised assessment during a video appointment, helping you understand the challenges affecting your quality of life and identify practical strategies to support you moving forward.TAPP Quality of Life Assessment – Stage 2 – £300
Available to existing clients who have completed either a Stage 1 TAPP Quality of Life Assessment or a PIP service with Charlie’s Journey. This appointment builds on your previous assessment and develops a personalised plan tailored to your individual needs.TAPP Quality of Life Assessment – Stage 3 (Review) – £200
Available to clients who have completed Stages 1 and 2 of the TAPP pathway. This review appointment evaluates your progress, reviews your strategies and makes any adjustments needed to help you continue improving your quality of life.
