We support clients across the UK.
In England, Wales and Northern Ireland this benefit is called PIP. In Scotland, it’s called ADP. Although the names differ, the assessment criteria are the same, so throughout this page any references to PIP also apply to ADP.

Mandatory Reconsiderations
If you believe the DWP's decision is incorrect, we offer different services depending on how many points you have been awarded and whether you've worked with the Charlie's Journey Team before.
