I’m Charlie — a chronically ill Independent PIP Consultant and author of How Not to F**k Up PIP.
I’m disabled… but that does NOT define me.
I’m a problem solver at heart, and my goal has always been simple — to help as many people as possible.
How it all started…
When it became clear that I was going to lose my job due to chronic illness, everything changed.
Work had always been a huge part of my life. I loved interacting with people, solving problems, feeling useful… and suddenly, that was all taken away.
I felt lost.
When I first became chronically ill at 29, I didn’t have the support I needed. I didn’t have clear guidance. And when it came to things like PIP, I quickly realised just how confusing and overwhelming the whole process really is.
So I decided to do something about it.
I started my YouTube channel to create the kind of support I wish I had had — honest, clear, and actually helpful.
How it’s going…
I never imagined it would grow the way it has.
The response has been incredible, and I’m honestly so grateful for every single person who has supported, watched, and reached out.
When I started sharing PIP advice, I was flooded with messages from people needing help — and that’s when I realised this needed to go further.
So I created this website.
A place where people can access free support, templates, and guidance without feeling overwhelmed or alone.
Because no one should be struggling through this process by themselves.
